Delivery and Return Policies
Please be sure to wear underwear when trying on the clothes. If you want to make a change or return, please be aware that products that do not have the original labels and hygiene protectors in place, are damaged, washed in some way, dirty, worn, damaged, with deodorant stains, damaged by smoke or a musty odor, that is to say, not in the conditions in which they were received, with their original packaging, will not be taken into account for this process. No exception will be made with respect to these conditions. In case of receiving it in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned and you will be responsible for the return costs. All these measures are applied to guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to make a refund or exchange them for something else in our online store. Once the product has been received by the customer, you have 30 calendar days to make the change. You will receive 1-month valid code by e-mail to make changes through our online store. Return or change merchandize shipping costs are customer responsibility. Corpo is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transportation. All products returned after the time allowed, will be returned again to the customer and will be charged an additional shipping fee. If we receive any garment that does not meet the conditions listed above, they will be returned under customer´s responsibility.
Maximum 3 returns are accepted per bill.
We suggest you use a secured traceability method to ensure safe and documented delivery to our facilities.
Returns and exchanges will be only made for purchases done in our online store and once the garments have been received, reviewed and approved.
Changes are subject to inventory availability.
